Fulton Realty Capital advised a private client on the acquisition of a recently built self-storage property outside Austin, Texas. Fulton’s team of real estate professionals led asset sourcing, spearheaded all negotiations, and secured financing.
The 43,000 rentable square foot property features over 400 storage units, 45 RV parking spaces, and 1 house. Plans have been approved to build additional climate-controlled units on adjacent land, which was also acquired in the transaction.
The facility will be managed by a professional third-party operator. The new management team and Fulton's commercial real estate experts will work to improve the property's curb appeal and boost its online presence through formalized marketing programs.
