Fulton Realty Capital advised a private client on the acquisition of a self-storage property located in upstate South Carolina. Asset sourcing, bank financing, and negotiations were led by Fulton’s team of real estate professionals.
The single-story facility contains nearly 50,000 SF of self-storage and RV/surface parking with over 300 storage units. The property also includes nine commercial tenants.
Fulton is proceeding to construct additional climate-controlled units on a portion of the site that has already been cleared and primed for new construction. To drive efficiencies and boost revenue, Fulton will introduce formalized marketing programs along with revenue and cost management systems. A professional, third-party management company will operate the site.
