Fulton Realty Capital advised a private client on the acquisition of a two-property self-storage portfolio located in southeast New Hampshire. Asset sourcing, fixed-rate seller financing, and negotiations were led by Fulton’s team of real estate professionals.
The 60,000 rentable square foot portfolio includes 438 non-climate-controlled storage units and 15 RV parking spaces. The properties offer excellent connectivity and are positioned in an area with strong demographics and a projected five-year population growth rate of 4%.
Fulton plans to boost the assets' online presence, enhance tenant insurance offerings, and improve curb appeal. A professional third-party management company has been hired to operate both facilities.
