The property contains over 40,000 rentable SF of self-storage and a commercial garage unit. The storage portion of the facility contains 328 non-climate units.
The facility will be operated by a professional, third-party management company. Fulton has plans to improve performance through capitalizing on its existing market presence, maximizing use of its tenant insurance program and other ancillary income streams.
