Located in close proximity to the Atlanta, Augusta, and Macon MSAs, the portfolio features over 68,000 rentable SF. There are over 500 storage units and 11 commercial spaces between the two properties.
Overall physical occupancy was 82% at closing. Upside opportunities include aligning in-place tenant rates with market prices. Fulton plans to improve the portfolio’s curb appeal, allow for online rental capabilities, and implement a tenant insurance program. A third-party, management team will oversee the facilities.
