Fulton Realty Capital advised a private client on the acquisition of a self-storage property in northern Georgia. Fulton’s team of real estate professionals led asset sourcing, handled negotiations, and secured financing.
The recently expanded 88,000 rentable square foot property features over 570 storage units, half of which are climate-controlled, and 2 RV parking spaces. At closing, the property was at 80% physical occupancy.
The facility will be managed by a professional third-party operator. Fulton will leverage its significant self-storage presence in the region to optimize both market rates and in-place tenant rates.
