Fulton Realty Capital advised a private client on the acquisition of a self-storage facility located in the Columbus, GA MSA. The property was sourced by Fulton’s commercial real estate team, who also secured financing and led all negotiations.
The 40,000 SF property includes over 300 drive up units and a large outdoor surface parking lot.
To drive efficiencies and boost revenue, Fulton will introduce formalized marketing programs along with revenue and cost management systems. The facility will be operated by a professional, third-party management company.
