The 650,000 SF portfolio includes over 4,700 storage units in Arkansas and Mississippi. Located in fast-growing MSAs, the 16 high-performing properties are professionally managed and feature top-of-market amenities.
Fulton's extensive access to CMBS lending sources helped yield lower interest costs and increased cash flows for the client.
