Located at located at 200 South College Drive and, the properties will be operated under the New Frontier Self Storage brand and managed by one of Fulton's trusted parties.
Comprised of over 160,000 rentable SF, the portfolio featuries1,000 self-storage units, including both drive up and climate controlled units. There are also long-term parking spaces for boats and RVs.
Fulton tapped into its deep network of commercial lenders to facilitate the transaction. Financing partners included a CMBS lender, as well as a balance sheet bank lender.
