Fulton Realty Capital advised a high-net-worth investor on the disposition of two self-storage properties. Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, the portfolio includes 835 storage units and 105 RV/parking spaces across 140,000 SF.
An East Coast-based institutional investor purchased the portfolio and plans to rebrand both facilities. Fulton also led the original purchase of both properties.
