Fulton's commercial real estate advisors guided a high-net-worth investor on the acquisition of two self-storage properties in Western Pennsylvania. In addition to sourcing the off-market property and leading negotiations, the Fulton team secured CMBS financing to facilitate the transaction.
The 230,000 SF portfolio includes 1,100 self-storage units and over 60,000 SF of surface parking. Both assets are in high-visibility locations, in close proximity to high-income neighborhoods, and are easily accessible from major thoroughfares.
Fulton also led the selection of professional, third-party management teams for both facilities. New marketing programs and operational upgrades are planned.
