Fulton Realty Capital advised high net worth co-investors on the acquisition of a single-story, self-storage complex in the Cleveland, OH MSA. The transaction was sourced by Fulton’s advisors, who also secured financing and led all negotiations.
The 65,000 SF facility includes over 300 self-storage units and 100 RV parking spots, a cell tower, and 14 commercial spaces. The facility was more than 90% occupied at closing.
Fulton has plans to implement revenue management systems and formalized marketing programs. A professional, third-party management company will operate the facility.
