Fulton Realty Capital advised a high-net-worth client on the acquisition of three self-storage properties in Missouri's Springfield-Branson metro area. Asset sourcing, CMBS financing, and negotiations were led by Fulton’s team of real estate professionals.
The portfolio boasts 100,000 rentable SF across 600 self-storage units (10% of which are climate controlled). There's also 26,000 SF of RV/surface parking. All three facilities are located in a fast-growing region with no public REIT competition.
A professional, third-party management company will operate the portfolio. Planned performance enhancements include formalized marketing programs, an expanded online presence, and new revenue management systems.
