The single-story property has nearly 31,000 rentable SF and 260 units. Well-kept landscaping, modern security cameras, and a keypad entry gate are among the notable features. Historically well-occupied, the asset is located in a sub-market with limited competition.
The facility will be operated by a professional, third-party management company. Capital improvements, operational enhancements, and ancillary income streams (including a tenant insurance program) are planned.
