The 300,000 SF property is located in an under-supplied submarket, along a high visibility traffic corridor. A well-occupied, stabilized asset, the facility currently caters to individual and commercial users. In addition to nearly 1,700 self-storage units, the site also includes more than 250 RV parking spaces.
