The 80,000 rentable square feet facility features 655 climate-controlled storage units and one commercial unit. Situated at a prime location, the asset is at the intersection of two heavily trafficked roadways and near newly built retail and housing developments.
Although occupancy was over 95% at closing, Fulton has identified opportunities for upside potential. A professional third-party management company will operate the facility.
