Fulton Realty Capital advised a private client on the acquisition of a self-storage facility in Coastal Georgia. Fulton's advisors sourced the off-market property, arranged CMBS financing, and negotiated the transaction.

The 70,000 SF property features 520 storage units - half of which are climate controlled - as well as enclosed RV and parking spaces. Located in close proximity to submarket's economic core, the well-occupied, stabilized facility is highly visible from a major roadway. Professional third-party management will be implemented to drive operational efficiencies and increase revenue performance.
