Fulton Realty Capital advised a private client on the acquisition of a self-storage portfolio located in southwest Florida and northern Tennessee. Asset sourcing, bank financing, and negotiations were led by Fulton’s team of real estate professionals.
The portfolio contains two single-story facilities with a combined 260,000 SF and RV/surface parking with over 1,100 storage units.
Fulton has plans to improve performance through revenue management systems and to boost on-line presence through formalized marketing programs. Ancillary income streams, such as a tenant insurance program, will also be implemented. A third-party management company will operate the facility.
