Located in a fast-growing, year-round recreation hotspot, the property includes 171 storage units across 42,000 rentable SF. There's also 4,500 SF of on-premise RV parking.
A third-party provider will manage the facility and optimize performance. Programs to maximize an existing tenant insurance program and develop other ancillary income streams are already planned.
