The 61,000 rentable SF facility has over 500 units and 18 RV parking spaces. Located on a major thoroughfare, the property was approximately 80% occupied at the time of closing.
In addition to overseeing the transaction, Fulton identified opportunities to improve performance. A professional third-party immediately assumed management duties and the facility was rebranded. Formalized marketing programs, a tenant insurance program, and other ancillary income streams will also be implemented.
