Fulton Realty Capital advised a private client on the acquisition of a self-storage facility located in southern Alabama. Asset sourcing, CMBS financing, and negotiations were led by Fulton’s team of real estate professionals.
The 50,000 SF single-story facility contains over 500 drive up and climate controlled self-storage units.
Fulton has identified improvement opportunities including revenue management systems, formalized marketing programs, and ancillary income streams. The facility will be operated by a professional, third-party management company.
