The 200,000 SF portfolio includes over 1,400 storage units and 70 RV/parking spaces. All locations boast attractive store fronts and are among the highest-rated facilities in the Montgomery MSA. The entire portfolio averages a physical occupancy above 90%.
Fulton's advisors also identified a professional management company to oversee the portfolio. Opportunities to improve performance and add new income streams have already been identified. This includes the implementation of revenue management systems and formalized marketing programs.
